Klein’s reporting the the cops are looking for a Johnny Brenda’s employee who threw coffee on one of those foie gras protesters outside the Standard Tap on Saturday night. (WTF, have they set up camp?) Description of the victim: The protester was middle-aged and a member of a group called “Hugs For Puppies”, and, uh, this is what he was doing on a Saturday night. Description of the perp: Fucking awesome. [Food&Drinq]
Speaking of our furry friends (dogs, not JB’s employees), DoggieDiner, Philly’s only homemade dog food company to our knowledge, is open for business. Food writers all over town, thank us later. Woof. [DoggieDiner]
And to all of you war pigs on Capitol Hill, we’d like you to witness up close the horrors of war that you yourselves wouldn’t dare approach with your power ties and flag lapel pins. Behold, Thanksmas. We have seen the horrors of war, and it is much like two family holidays in one. [MyFoxPhilly]
