Indian Fusion To Replace Your Moby CDs And $8 Plates Of Edamame

mobyWatch out Asian-fusion, there’s a new fusion in town. And for the love of God, put down that Palm Pilot and Jennifer Aniston DVD. Indian-fusion is becoming part of the popular crowd, and it shows. Bindi recently opened in December 2007. Bootsie’s is becoming Asoka Palace and Minar Palace — YES! — is re-opening in March 2008. But never fear Asian-fusion groupies, because we’re getting the band back together and going on the road! Well, not quite, but Asian-fusion fare is also busting new moves in Philadelphia with Kujaku, Vietname Cafe and Yakitori Boy, all of which opened last month.
Zagat: Bindi
Chowhound: Asoka Palace
