Phoodie.info caught up with Mitch Prensky, chef and co-owner of one of Philly’s most talked-about new restaurants, Supper, which just scored a three-bell big-up from Craig “Everything I Do Is Funky” Laban.

mitch is super nice. he brought out a cardboard r2d2 cut out for my group when we were there while visiting philly for the star wars exhibit.
and he uses a lot of root vegetables, which make me feel healthy.
