Phoodie.info caught up with some of the principals behind Pearl at 19th & Chestnut, one of the city’s most ambitious and stunning new restaurants, headed up by chef Ari Weiswasser, late of Striped Bass. In this clip, Ari provides Phoodie with its first on-screen kill! Poor lil’ scallop: He never saw it coming.
