Back in April, we reported on the North Star Bar’s ongoing culinary re-invention. What a difference a month or two makes. Behold, the new upstairs dining room, slated to open… soon. We’ll have some menu details soon as well. In the meantime, can we just say? I want to sip tea and debate Wittgenstein in there. Sayin’.
