We shower the love on all things Jose daily, but this time he crossed the line. We will all be drinking out of bongs on August 20th at Tinto. Wine List Guru Paul Rodriguez has invited Andre Tamers of De Maison Selections to bring some of his amazing Spanish beasts to pair with a very special Basque Dinner being thrown at Garces’ 20th St. outpost.
Sagardo will be in the house, the only cider of it’s kind on the entire East Coast. We’re gonna get a demonstration on just how to consume this potable, and it looks something like this. It’ll cost you $110 in change, but this is a once in a lifetime alcoholic opportunity. Not that it matters, but full menu after the jump.
