If you did Philly Beer Week right last year, you barely remember it. Good news: It is back again, and we can hardly wait. With more than 100 events to take place and brewers from all over coming together, Beer Week is back to celebrate our city’s very vibrant beer culture. Starting March 6th and not ending until March 15th, it is time to cash in on that va-cay time and call off work for a week. Don Russell (aka Joe Sixpack) says that, “Everyone, from amateur drinkers to advanced home-brewers, will find something to interest them during hilly Beer Week.” Beers from all states will be at Beer Week as well as all of your local favorites from Victory Brewing Company, Triumph Brewery, Lancaster Brewing Company and Nodding Head Brewpub. The highlighting events will include The Opening Tap on March 6th and Meet The Brewers Day on the 9th. And if somehow make it through Beer Week without your liver busting, St. Patrick’s Day is only 48 hours after the close of Beer Week.
