More specifically how much would 2-3 dogs and a cream soda run me? I never understood why people have fries with dogs when you could just have another dog.My guess is a hot dog "shop" hasn't opened up in Center City because there's 1 or 2 sandwich carts every other block. But a shop can do a lot more with dogs than a cart, hope it works out.Any reason why a place can't serve pancakes at breakfast, clean the griddle and serve up dogs the rest of the day?
