For all the great praise we pour on the new guys around town, we are sometimes remiss to ’thumbs-up’ those who have provided quality dining for longer than a year. To wit: Fork. An anchor of culinary delight in the barren wasteland of Old City, they have been plating amazing food for as long as we can remember.
We recently visited them during a cocktail tour to find a brilliant deconstructed Spiked Hot Chocolate. A base of Barbancourt Rum and Bailey’s worked up into a hot frothy lather, sidesaddled with Eclat hot chocolate on a stick. It’s interactive, kids. Stir in the chocolate for a cocoa-streaked glass and hug of liquor that creates a beacon of sweetness until spring returns.

Collin this looks AMAZING. I am going over there armed with a heap of Lactaid anda novel, never to return.
