Newest Philadelphia Fairy Is Green And Drinkable

Hot on the heels of the ban on legit Absinthe being lifted comes great news from our own backyard. That’s right, Philadelph is ready to go all Van Gogh on your ass.

BadAssGinMaker Philadelphia Distilling is rolling out their own version of the pseudo-hallucinogenic potable and should be on store shelves before the holidays completely destroy your liver. At a pricepoint of $55, Vieux Carre Absinthe is not something to chug, but worth the trip. We haven’t seen the likes of legal wormwood liquor in over 100 years on the East Coast and it couldn’t have come at a better time. We’re all fucked anyway, so we might as well be legally bent on the dancing fairy while we’re riding the wave. Bloody Marys made with Absinthe sound like winter brunch bliss.

Don’t forget, Philadelphia Distilling’s rolling out a rye vodka as well. Apothecary’s playing with it Saturday. PLCB has the absinthe in the system, and on “sale” for $49.99; but it’s nowhere in the state … yet.
