Get ready all you peppermint people and nutmeg-o-philes! Santa’s sleigh is pulling into town and it’s full of weird booze. Local bars and eateries are shaking up some seriously seasonal stuff this year. U-City’s Mad Mex has Candy Cane Margaritas, Frozen Apple Cider Margaritas, and the funky but not necessarily so fresh sounding Nog-a-Rita, with tequila, Frangelico, and Grand Marnier. Rum Bar is slinging Coquitos, nog-esque Puerto Rican rum treats with eggs, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and cream of coconut. Tradition reigns at Fado where you can get all rosy-cheeked with some hot spiced Bushmill’s.

So, between rounds of Philly’z Navidad mix it up Yule-style with some of these ever-so-festive Christmas concoctions.
