We’d been hearing a lot of good things about Paesano’s in NoLibs, the new sandwich spot that’s a sister biz to the well-regarded Modo Mio, but we hadn’t scoped their menu until just now. Chef Peter McAndrews, you are an ambitious maker of sangwiches. We’ll be calling as soon as hunger strikes.

I’ve had both the Arista and Panelle, they were great. If you order the Arista sandwich, might I advise you to get a Fanta as your choice of beverage, the two work so well together. If they offer you free sharp provolone on it, don’t be stupid, get it.

Ive had…arista, tuscan tony, paesano & zuppa del giorno and they were all superb. I recommend Black Cherry as your free beverage.
