Johnny Mac wants the members of Philly’s restaurant service community to know they have a place to call home during the now 2 week long Restaurant Week.
Pub and Kitchen will be featuring a late night happy hour from 11PM until 1AM Sunday through Thursday of both weeks, industry types only. No need to bring in a pay stub, they’re going on the honor system. But they can tell if you’re making that sh*t up, so don’t even try it, Shady Shaderton.
They’re featuring $1 oysters, $3 Yards Draft (currently the Brawler, but Mac said that could change), $5 House Wine (Yard Dog, woof woof), and a $5 Brooklyn Bullet. That would be a Brooklyn Lager and Bullet Bourbon, my sloshy friends. And as usual, the kitchen is open until 1AM, full menu fo ‘sho.
We know that Restaurant Week is pure hell for waitstaff, and now that it’s double time, it’s definitely that much worse. Pub and Kitchen is here to take the edge off. Raise a glass together, Ye Of The Service Persuasion.
