Be Patriotic By Drinking Wine And Eating Cheese At Le Bec Fin. No, Really.

lebecfin.jpgYou know that guilty feeling in your gut that is the product of always consuming foreign cheese and not eating any American cheese that isn’t actually called “American Cheese”? Well, George Perrier and DiBruno Bros. are getting all kinds of Joey Vento up in this steez and teaming up to showcase some wine and cheese from within our own borders.

The Brasserie may have closed its big glass doors for good, but George is keeping things interesting over at Le Bec Fin. On February 18th, Emilio C. Mignucci, a cheeseman from DiBruno’s will be in the house to lead a tasting of 10 artisinal cheeses from across this great nation. Le Bec’s sommelier will be pouring 5 U.S. wines to match the cheeses. The event starts at 6:30.
