the owner chef of kanella in my opinion is the best chef by far in philadelphia.
he is daring not comprimising with trends and a great character.

he belongs to the old school of chefs that they learn their skill the very hard way.

Kanella is a very unigue restaurant that shows everybody else how food should be.Simple.

He is also a canditate for the best chef of the year(James beard award)……….

just found this article a few weeks ago while searching for a diner in denver, co.
being a new resident to Philadelphia, i can’t wait to try this place out!

i have been there several times
\\there is no other restaurant in the usa that can copy what kanella doesw.Its original and so so great

Bravo to them,,we need a lot more joints like them,

The food is just so good.
