So Beer Week is over. There will be more pictures to come from the last few events, but last night’s Totally Unnecessary Drink is the final call for many of the local industry types and brewers to slam a couple beers and recount favorite moments. One of which was last nights karaoke at the T.U.D. itself, with Stewart’s Brewing Company’s  brewmastergenius Ric Hoffman owning ‘White Wedding’. Forgive the grainy video, but listen to the man’s pipes and wicked air guitar solo. If you need any hint to the legacy of the man’s brewing skeeeeeeelz, check out this list of GABF medals and World Beer Cup wins. But his best performance took place at Fergie’s last night, and we were witness.
