Pierre Robert has been invading our ears for years and now he’s gunning for our mouths. Chaddsford Winery — hot off the tail of last year’s Pierreno Grigiot — is introducing Pierre Noir, a “delicate but full-flavored red” in honor of our favorite WMMR radio personality. Luckily, this particular vintage of locally grown Pinot Noir grapes were not squished by Robert’s actual footsies, but that’s not so say he didn’t try. The concept actually makes sense; growed-up-hippy-boomers will probably drink the shit out of this fermented grapie goodness as a means of relating to their cooler years (thus the tie dyed label). The bottling is limited to 250 cases and will be available starting April 3rd at Chaddsford’s two retail locations, as well as online.
