P.Y.T.: Can We Get Some Fries With That Shake?

pyt-wall-mock-up-small
We. Like. Big. Macs. And we cannot lie.

The opening of nightlife promoter Tommy Up’s first bar and restaurant, P.Y.T., is just a few weeks out, and we here at Phoodie.info are proud to announce we’ll be doing our first-ever Phoodie.info First Look Event at the spot. P.Y.T., which Up describes as “fast food and drinks for grown up kids,” will be the final resto piece in the Piazza At Schmidt’s, providing a fun balance to the stuff that’s already open there (we’ve got a post in the works this week about its neighbor, the surprisingly good Swift Half, in the works for later this week). We’ll have the date and other info on the event up shortly, but in the meantime, Tommy was kind enough to share with us the menu Chef Josh McCullough (Time) has been working on, as well as the shot you see above, a mock-up of the 13 x 8′ wall photo in the P.Y.T.’s “private burger bash room.” Says Tommy: “It’s like a deranged Burger King up in here!” Indeed it is. Full menu after the jump. P.Y.T. soft opens on July 3rd.
