We’ve been jonesing for a little taste of Rae lately, but we’ll have to keep waiting a little longer. And then face entering Two Liberty Place to get it. Daniel Stern, you’re not making this easy for us! Slated to reopen this fall, the new Rae (Renamed “R2L”) will be located 500 feet above the street on the 37th floor of Two Libs, just below those controversial condos. On the upside, at 11,000 square feet and with room for 300 customers, R2L should be plenty comfortable, and we’re sure the menu will be interesting enough to mandate a visit as soon as it opens…hopefully the Smoked Rabbit Nachos make the transition to the new location.
