Tonight, the South Philly Review will host the Pizza Olympics, an all-you-can-eat celebration of local pizza. Over 20 pizza parlors from all over the city will vie for titles such as Best Original, Finger Lickin’ Sauce, Most Delicious Crust, Lean n’ Mean, Sicilian, Most Creative Topping, Best Tomato Pie, and Winning White. The pies will be judged by 5 celebrity guests including Geno’s Steaks owner/loudmouth Joey Vento. Tickets are $10 with a $2 draft beer special. Opening ceremonies begin at 6PM at Galdo’s in south Philly. Bonus: Entertainment will be provided by esteemed Philly wedding and party band The Business
