I typically prefer a more "focused" coffee shop, hopefully the Milkcrate will be a delicious alternative! It'd be a bummer to have yet another "hip" yet apathetic and blasE coffee shop- I'm reminded of what a wise man once said about Triathelete hopefuls: "Do you really want to suck at 3 sports at once??" It's like Central Perk meets Club Lyfestile. I bought a new coffee maker this summer so i could avoid them at all costs. Maybe the Milkcrate will force them to step up their game.
