Those mad mixologists are at it again, mixing and revamping a meaner menu to bitch-slap your taste buds with some umph! This new menu features 14 new drinks set up into three categories: Elixers, Classics Reinterpreted, and specialty concoctions served on their lounge and roof deck. Under the Elixer category, we recommend the Bumping Rind: Cachaça, VeeV Açaí Spirit, watermelon hibiscus spirit, fresh lime juice, ginseng, and house-made seltzer. For Classics Reinterpreted, try an ich, ni, san, shi (and learn some Japanese too): Laird’s 7.5 year apple brandy, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, and aromatic bitters. On the rooftop, get Zizou’s Revenge, featuring a delicately balanced mixture of Torani Amer, white wine, and Jaguar Shark.
