Myung Ga in Cherry Hill, NJ — of course, it had to come from New Jersey — boast on their website that they are the proud creators of the Koagie. (Or, rather, Korean hoagie — see what they did there?) And who are we to argue? But, what is it?
The Koagie⢠is built in the following layers:
- Fresh Hoagie Roll
- Korean Sesame Cole Slaw
- Meat Choice [Beef Bulgogi, Chicken or Spicy Pork]
- Spicy or Non Spicy Kirby (cucumber)
- Spicy Kimchee
OK, we think we like this. Road trip coming soon.

I tried the spicy pork hoagie and I’m hooked. I can’t wait to go back and have another one! Good eating.
