Clark Park Farmer’s Market: It’s A Good’Un

Clark Park Market

Clark Park Farmer’s Market on 43rd and Baltimore Ave. (University City District) is a great choice for fresh produce including locally grown fruits and veggies including local squash, collard greens, kale, Swiss chard, Jerusalem artichokes, baby arugula, spinach, beets, potatoes, onions, garlic, radishes, mushrooms, and pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Clark Park Farmer’s Market is open Saturday, 10am to 2pm, year-round, and Thursday, 3pm to 7pm, June to Thanksgiving.

Clark Park Farmer’s Market helps strengthen the community by providing not only a wide variety of fresh produce at affordable rates, but Clark Park organizers also work in conjunction with The Food Trust to educate consumers on childhood obesity and the PA farming community. The money you spend will strengthen the local economy and support the hardworking Pennsylvania farmers that brought you your delicious eats. It’s a shame this photo seems to have been taken on an off-day. There are usually hundreds of neighbors lined up for fresh produce!
