In July, we mentioned Philly Kitchen Share in a little post titled “Cupcake Truck Makes Snacking Even Easier.” Since then, the Philly Kitchen Share continues to grow in popularity; dig the event above, which takes that recent Philadelphia Weekly cover story off of the page and into the, er, meatspace. Located at 1514 South Street, this culinary establishment is the brain child of none other than PhillyCarShare founder Eli Massar. The 800 square foot commercial kitchen is available for hourly rentals by caterers, personal chefs, bakers and other food professionals.
