Though it may not be known as one of the premiere wine-producing regions of the world, that doesn’t mean you should write off Berks County. The area is home to eight family-owned winerys, who’ve all joined forces on something called the Berks County Wine Trail. Currently being marketed by the Visit PA folks, the tour seems perfectly fit for a lazy fall day. We’re slated to take the trip ourselves soon; we’ll be reporting back with photos and more.
