We know, we know. We didn’t want to look at pin-ups of “Real Philadelphia Women” either. But tonight from 6-8PM, Varga Bar is sponsoring an opening for Chris Gabello‘s 2010 Varga-inspired pin-up calendar at his studio (1511 Moravian Street, between Sansom and Walnut). Gabelo photographed 12 “real” current Philadelphian women and compiled them all into a calendar. Get a sneak preview of the shots, talk to the photographer, get some food and drinks there tonight courtesy of Varga. One question: Where are the pink eagles hats? Where are the velour Juicy tracksuits? THE UGGS?!
