So, for anyone looking to invest with us and open Ramen-Ama-Ding-Dong (it’s the project name, we’re still taking suggestions), we’re gonna need one of these to start. A Ramen House is a major cast member of culinary convenience and perfection Philly has yet to cover (although, John Taus at Snackbar and Chef Morimoto are offering a ramen dish on their menus), and there is a MINT to be made. 6 dollars of food cost and a 10 dollar price tag. Lunch only. Profit. Why isn’t anyone doing this? We would love to know.
