Tim McGinnis and Brian McManus of Spinal Tapas are holding another cooking class at Philly Kitchen Share on April 24th. This time, the guys are focusing on stocks with Take Stock of Your Culinary Fundamentals , teaching you better knife skills, how to debone a chicken, and all the characteristics that make a great stock. At the end of the lesson, you even get to enjoy your very own chicken noodle soup! The class takes place at 4 p.m. and all inclusive tickets cost $40, available at Philly Kitchen Share.
