The Philly Beer School has announced this week that they will be offering a diploma in the Foundations of Beer. Amateur brewers will be able to take classing on brewing, beer styles, beer and food pairing and the science of fermenting. The program will kick off in September and will take eight weeks to complete and only $425 to get you in. The classes will be held at the Beer School and the Philadelphia Brewing Company. So all you Philly amateur brewers, get ready to put a diploma above that bathtub!
