Twenty Manning is back and reopening in its newest form as Twenty Manning Grill. Restaurateur Audrey Claire Taichman is going for a more neighborhood-friendly vibe this time around, and with that in mind, Twenty Manning Grill will be offering a seasonal menu of new American food, prepared by Chef-Partner Kiong Banh. Some menu items include: Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with pineapple-basil sorbet; Moules Frites with classic broth, hunks of crusty bread and bourbon remoulade and The “TMG” Burger, eight oz. of grass-fed, pasture-raised beef with special sauce, iceberg lettuce, plum tomato and raw purple onion, served on a cutting board topped with a “good pickle” alongside a heap of French fries. They will also be offering up a variety of cocktails including: the “TMG” Perfect Martini and The Audrey. However, only time will tell if Taichman achieves giving the Rittenhouse crowd what they want, though we get the feeling she won’t do too shabby.
