Of appreciation, that is. The Triumph Brewing Company has announced that they will be celebrating the almighty sandwich that we refer to as the “burger.” All through May, Triumph will be offering their standard burgers for half price during lunch on Mondays through Thursdays and ultimately unveiling their newest creation, the Triumph Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Their newest addition consists of sliced pork belly crisped in duck fat, sandwiched between two patties of Pineland Farms grass fed beef, topped with a fried egg, gruyere, truffle oil and duck fat onion confit and served on Le Bus brioche. If that description alone doesn’t get you down to Triumph, I’m afraid you are not American.
