Anthony Bourdain is releasing yet another book, Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook, come June 8. However, Grub Street has a first look into who’s on Bourdain’s shit list this time around. He vents on everything from celebrity restaurants, culinary school, to GQ writer Alan Richman.
