There’s been a lot of talk about all the new burger joints around the city but there’s one food that’s been feeling a little neglected lately: The hot dog. Over in NoLibs at 2nd & Poplar, two men have opened up a new gourmet lunch cart called The Dapper Dog. They offer pick up orders and are open until 3 a.m. on the weekends, with some pretty sweet deals if you show up after 2 a.m. (anything you want on the dog only 5 bucks). They’re only open 4 days a week, but this cart will surely be a great late night drunken hot spot to hit up. Also, it’s the cutest thing ever.
