Encouraging college kids to drink classier, a Tria cafe is opening in University City this summer. The place will be called Biba and will serve 26 different wines by the glass and 10 craft beers, as well as cheese, chocolate and charcuteries. You can find it in the Left Bank apartment building (3131 Walnut St.). Also coming to the Left Bank: Sabir’s Market, a 24-hour market with an Indian buffet.
