Include your Name, contact info, Name of the restaurant, (If the restaurant is not yours then please include the name and contact information for the owner as well) Location, and tell us WHY YOU NEED HELP!

You’re encouraged to apply even if you’ve already been rejected. If you’re still open, that is… And if Gordon Ramsay does indeed end up gracing us with his foul-mouthed presence again, let’s hope the restaurant has more luck than Hot Potato.
