Now, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm, you have another place to go to brunch. Adsum‘s chef, Matt Levin, calls the new brunch menu “ambitious and comforting” and we see his point. There’s an heirloom tomato omelet, wild Maine blueberry pancakes, and cashew granola parfait for the less adventurous, but also stuff like chorizo corndogs, smoked sturgeon lox with “not so traditional” garnishes and (wait for it…) bloody mary gazpacho. Whoa. Anyways, plates range from $6-15, which is pretty par for the brunch course, and also, again: Bloody mary gazpacho.

Bloody Mary gazpacho. Weekend hangovers are looking a little brighter.
The smoked sturgeon is fantastic! So is the toad-in-the-hole salad.
