Spotlight on Oyster House’s Lobster Roll

Oyster House‘s lobster roll is just begging to be devoured. That’s all the meat from a 1.5 lb. lobster (straight from Maine), tossed in the restaurant’s signature dressing, sandwiched between a buttered, toasted split top roll and topped with scallions. The Inky’s Rick Nichols has already fallen in love with it, so really, what are you waiting for?
