Mark Zable has apparently spent the last three years of his life inventing the perfect recipe deep fried beer. This article from The Telegraph tells how Zable will be competing in the Texas State Fair Fried Food Competition later this month with his new invention. At first, we were concerned that Texas even has a fried food competition, until we got to to the end of the article and it mentions that last year’s winner was deep fried butter. I just had three heart attacks thinking about it. On the plus side, we just got our answer to the question posed in this post.
