Did you miss that September 4th was International Bacon Day, too? Well, Swift Half Pub is keeping the party going: All month long, they’ll be running the $3 Bacon Snack Menu that Chef Jessica O’Donnell created for the, erm, holiday. The menu’s intense bacon creations include: A bacon ice cream and chocolate chip cookie chipwich, bacon peanut brittle, bacon chocolate cruch bars, French toast cupcake with maple cream icing and bacon sprinkles, and candied pork with chocolate ganache. Or, as we like to call it, Five Degrees Of OMFG Bacon.
