Season seven Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga (pictured), last seen snooping around Rittenhouse for a new kitchen to call home, and Chip Roman of Blackfish and Mica are teaming up for one night only. On Monday, May 2, the duo will cook together at Blackfish in Conshohocken, and they’ve just revealed the menu:
