New Menu Unveiled At Noble

Noble: An American Cookery is breaking out a new a la carte three-course menu.

First course dinner options include Chilled Sorrel Soup and Peekyote Crab ranging from $7-$14. The second course includes Gnocchi Paarisienne, Wild Rock Bass and the delicious sounding Grilled Spinach Rock Octopus (with caper-blood orange dressing) among others. Second course items range in price from $12-$22. The third course offers Canadian King Salmon Fillet, Amish Chicken, and Peking Duck Breast (along with a few more) for a range from $20-$28.

In addition, Executive Chef Brinn Sinnott is offering a nightly three-cuorse prix-fixe menu for $45. Co-owner Todd Rodgers said of the new menu, “We wanted our guests to be able to experience a wider array of Chef Sinnott’s vast talent. With that, we built a three-course dinner menu while pulling back on prices and portion size to a degree, so that guests may enjoy a broader spectra of flavors, textures and visual presentations … We feel with this new menu we’ve accomplished that.”
