With summer comes outside eating, and of course, brunch. Nikki Hill (Barbuzzo, Bindi, Matyson) will be serving brunch from the La Copine brunch cart at Garden Variety, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00AM-4:00PM. For those who don’t know, Garden Variety is an open-air weekend market with food and vendors at 900 North 2nd Street.

The brunch carts menu includes a breakfast sandwich (scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, caramelized onions) and a PB&J on banana bread. The entire menu can be found here.
