Matyson, (37 South 19th Street) one of Philadelphia’s BYOB pioneers, has unveiled their all new dinner entrees. Chef Ben Puchowitz completely re-did all of the dinner entrees and also added some apps to dinner and a handful of new items to lunch.
The new dinner apps include: Spicy Bay Scallops, Heirloom Tomatoes & Cucumbers & Blue Moon Baby Arugula
The new dinner entrees include:
Lightly Smoked Arctic Char: Black rice crepe, maitake mushroom, plum-soy
Sauteed Bronzino: Fennel, apricots, wax beans, smoked paprika-brown butter
Potato Crusted Alaskan Halibut: Asparagus, miso-truffle, poached egg, pickled shitake
Seared Duck Breast: Green farro, eggplant, muhamarra, pumpernickel
Lobster Stuffed Skate Wing: Baby squash, chickpea, tomato, chirizo, lemon-verbena
Grilled NY Strip Steak: Crispy grits, swiss chard, peaches, huitlachoche
Herb Roasted Chicken Breast: Lancaster county succotash, fennel, pancetta, mascarpone
New lunch items include: Heirloom Tomato & Cucumbers, Chilled Sesame Noodles, Grilled Cheese & Tomato, Lobster Stuffed Skate Wing
