Electric Factory To Host Brews, Blues, & BBQ

One of the bigger single-day beer festivals we’ve seen in a while is coming to the Electric Factory (421 N. 7th Street) on September 17. The Brews, Blues, and BBQ festival brings over 70 craft beers for unlimited sampling along with some great BBQ and Blues music.

Some great beers you’ll see there? Stone’s Oaked Arrogant Bastard, Sly Fox’s Octoberfest, and Weyerbacher’s Autumfest among a ton of others. (The full beer list can be seen here).

Just $45 gets you all you can drink along with some free food during your session. Tickets are available here for the separate afternoon session (1PM-5PM) and evening session (6PM-10PM).

  • Mt. Airy Brewer

    Be careful with this one. They had an event of the same name at World Cafe in February and it was far from advertised. They said the brewers would be there. Nope, just dopes who were hired pours and knew nothing about the beer they were pouring. The BBQ was wrapped up pulled pork in a warming tray. The better beers were for people who paid extra also.

    The biggest reason to be weary of this is that they advertise Triple IPA’s. There is no such thing.
