The cheese kings over at Di Bruno Bros. aren’t satisfied with just serving an selling cheeses, they like to make them too. In the video above, DiBruno Bros. VP Emilio Mignucci shows how Burrata is made to order at the DiBruno warehouse in South Philadelphia. And stuff like this, while we would love to be able to do it ourselves, is best left to the professionals.
