
If you’ve ever wondered how chefs eat when they go out, Matyson has a tasting menu this week that caters to those with more voyeuristic tendencies. “Eat Like a Chef” promises a culinary experience customized to the tastes of Chef Ben, featuring a $45 prix fixe for five of his favorite dishes.

Brandade Fritters – Saffron & chorizo
Duck Pho – Foie gras dumpling, rice noodles, pickled turnips
