Do you think you make the best cupcakes around? Want to prove it? You’ll have your shot at the second annual Cupcake Smash at PYT on April 28th. The event will feature some of the wildest (and greatest) desserts you can find anywhere, with 100% of proceeds going to the always-great Philabundance.
