You know, while most of us celebrated Easter this past Sunday (or are currently celebrating Passover), Opa (1311 Sansom Street) is celebrating Greek Easter this coming Sunday.
To celebrate the holiday, Opa is offering special Greek Easter additions to the dinner menu from April 16 through April 18. Opa will also, “give out red Easter eggs to diners in the beginning of their meal for the traditional egg cracking. The person whose egg is uncracked is said to have luck the entire year.”
Among the items being added to the menu: The traditional Easter meal of whole baby lamb with rice is being offered for $15, while Greek Easter Bread with a chocolate core is going for $3. And you know, even if you don’t celebrate it, you can still join in on the fun and food.
