He’s not exactly unknown, but Michael Solomonov, up to this point, has been just for Philadelphia. But tomorrow morning, when he makes his first appearance on NBC’s Today show (during the 9 AM hour), he will be for everyone.

It’s like when your favorite indie band that you’ve been following for a while starts selling out bigger venues: You’re a bit jealous that they’re not your secret anymore, but you are happy for them, and they deserve it.

Solomonov will be cooking grilled Chicken Shishlik marinated with ramps and amba along with Fried Cauliflower and trying his hardest to make you want a real nice dinner at 9 AM.
